This Friday We Are Taking A Break!

Alright boys and girls, after three weeks of non stop partying, we are taking one week break to recharge. Lovemachine will be back with more amazing parties after this weekend. Watch this space.

We will put up the party pics by this Friday.

Look out for a big charity event to be organized on June 23rd. It's a big deal. Come and do some good for the community.

lovemachine at Avenue K, as previously, is our little bid to do some good, where a portion of the door proceeds goes to charity. Come and have fun with us, all for a good cause.

Thank You!

We had a great turn out last Friday. Probably the free flow before midnight helped a lot! (Thanks to Zouk). Thanks for joining us and we hope you had fun. The party pics will be in the gallery by Tuesday evening. We will also post this week's party info by then. In the meantime, we can confirm that the next lovemachine party will be at Bonds. We will try and make sure that this time all the glitches are fixed.

Bonds will have a more relaxed cover charge policy as compared to Velvet (we know it was a little steep, but that's their door policy), so we hope this will allow more people to join us. As before, this lovemachine at Bonds event will be an opportunity for us to contribute to charity. So come down and join us where love lives. Look good, do good, feel good.

The Music : Song Requests

If you got here via e-flyer sent to you by our lovemachine posse, or via email forwarded by your friends (dont forget to forward to more friends ok!, the more the merrier!!) we are opening up this blog for song requests. FYI, our party's music concept is fun and rather open minded. We play your latest club hits, to even the occasional Beyonce or Madonna or two. Why, you ask? Why not? We are no music snobs. We want the night to be fun.

As far as song request goes, we might not be able to play everything you wanted, but if the songs you requesting are acceptable, who knows, you just might hear it at our party! Just fill in the comment section with what you want to hear. If it doesnt get played for this event, we will play it on the next one. Just dont request the impossible :) No cheeky girls or god forbid, The Whistle Song! You know our Djs very well and the kind of music we are promoting, so if it's something you think we would enjoy too, we very much welcome the suggestions! :) Great minds do sometimes think alike.

This Friday is Wesak and our second ever party will be at Bond Bar, the gorgeous new venue at Avenue K Hard to miss. Ground floor level. Right in front of Gucci. You have to see this place if you havent. It's beyond fabulous. We thank Bond Bar management for supporting our second party for project lovemachine.

lovemachine is a series of moving parties where we offer you a chance to experience a different venue every Friday nights. Come and enjoy great music with us in a safe space for us to be ourselves. Let's bring back the magic and fun back into our Friday nights. Let's turn Fridays into the new Saturdays.

Remember when going out used to be so fun? We dress up. We go out. We make new friends. The lovemachine team would like to bring that back into your weekends. Dont be shy. lovemachine is all about love and good music in a classy & friendly atmosphere. If the spirit moves you, let it groove you.

Everyone is welcomed at lovemachine. Come dressed up and ready to party. Make some effort to look fantastic. Effort guarantee entry. We have our team by the door to snap pictures of you at your absolute best. At lovemachine, we see you for the star you really are. We are all born stars baby!
